Accidents Of Nature
I woke today feeling special
Knowing that under this tree sits a maid
I smiled when I looked to the sky
Because I thought it glowed brightly
I thought about yesterday
But most importantly I hoped in today
I am sure time will tell me how
And destiny will show me when
My hands are linked to magic
I have smeared my heart in strawberry
Unlike the others,
I have no name for this
I feel i should call it nothing
I touch the arms of our legion
And I feel the sweet wanders of today
Please don't make me dizzy again
I asked nicely that he may stop the spin
Spontaneously I move to each line
Yet so certain of every step
I tried to carve out a figure
But my mind eluded me
And I still feel no regrets
For what joy I should have known
When still I feel you
When sick I know not how
But the truth is that Beautiful young people are accidents of nature.

Polish Passion
Now i feel passion's hand
And i sit on the other side of the ocean
My belly is over blown with this magic wand
This magic of emotion
That swalows us up into one
I feel so happy that I do not have to eat
I smile so much that my cheeks hurt
My mood swings may be visible
But its the price i pay for you
A price I have paid for love Saturn's hand has blessed us
And tomorow does not count
The future can bank its thoughts
But all I care is that - today I have you and with you all has become "perfect"

Black or White?
This is the story of a black woman who wrote like a white woman her soul was black but her mind was indeed very white when she looked in the mirror she saw neither black nor white but saw her.........just her when people looked at her sometimes they saw white sometimes they saw black but most times they saw a battle between two races watching as two cultures collided to give birth to one while the whites acknowledged her and the blacks fought for her heritage she simply slept and woke not paying any atention to the colour of her skin.

Promise of a New Day
A song by Paula Abdul
about that one thing that makes you dull a track about that time in the nineties when i shed my first tear and i wondered whether pain did make one invincible it is a fiery fire that burns inside of you when one says something and fails when you are promised a gift but it never comes instead you have to earn it so welcome to the world of being an adult.

Amore Mio
Love letters are sour and i choke on the acrid smell of my thoughts the odour of men linger on so long before me and i ask that my judgement may not prevail certainty of eluding my own emotions have taught me how deep the waves of love carry you the tides of emotions are so high that floating on air would do me just well i do not ask for answers to all my questions because I, for one knows i wont find them all however i need faith faith in myself to confess the truth to the men i do not love.

Sunset
O dear sun
will you take with you
my pain and anguish as you descend
save me from this scene
and carry with you below
my thoughts and tears?
O dear sun
will you save me
now that i am going
going to where i know not
and promise me that
when you awake at day's break
and clamming of morning bells
you will arise without my sorrow
having buried them below
way below my reach?
Your eastern glow brings to me
that i wish to have
but as Cupid's arrow has shot me
let your western hands pull me down.

The Reason We Live
This is the reason we live
to exist anywhere but a hive
in our many chances of survival
we carve a chance for revival
cutting our cake of livelihood
we unite in brotherhood
a short note of love
we send out to those we love
counting you as one on my list
its obvious you are you
and blatant i still know you
i believe not in the person
i am going to know
rather i believe in the person i know now and that person is you for this is the reason i live.
